12 Days Itinerary
Upon arrival at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport you will be met and assisted by our Representative at the airport. Later on proceed to check in at Ole Sereni Nairobi hotel for overnight. Ole Sereni is a premium wildlife resort strategically located just off the Mombasa road overlooking the Nairobi National Game Park. Centrally positioned between the international airport and the city center, this is the only hotel bordering the wilds of the National Park.

After breakfast, check out hotel then guests will have a chance of visiting Nairobi attractions like the giraffe center where they can hand-feed giraffes and take up close photos. Later embark on a 3-hour drive to Amboseli National park. Arrive in time for check in at Ol Tukai Lodge in time for lunch. Later depart for a scenic game drive, Amboseli is known for its large elephant herds and views of immense Mount Kilimanjaro, across the border in Tanzania. Observation Hill offers panoramas of the peak and the park’s plains and swamps. Varied wildlife includes giraffes, zebras, cheetahs and hundreds of bird species. Later return to hotel for overnight and dinner.

After breakfast, guests depart for an early morning game drive can have a full day game drive at Amboseli National Park. Relax by the pool after having a leisurely breakfast. Rest of the morning at leisure. Lunch and afternoon game drive follows.

After early breakfast and check-out from lodge, then proceed for morning game drive en-route to Serengeti National Park. Our Kenyan Driver tour guide will then transfer you to the Namanga border and assist with crossing border formalities with the authorities there. You will then cross the border by foot where you will find your Tanzanian driver-tour guide waiting for an onward transfer to your camp in Lake Manyara Serena Lodge. It will be a long day of driving but the game drives in and out of the parks can be surprisingly incredible. Lake Manyara is well known for the tree climbing lions, the soda ash lake that attracts thousands and pink flamingos, one of Tanzania’s biggest elephant population and breathtaking scenery!
Dinner & Overnight at Lake Manyara Serena Lodge –Lunch& Dinner
After breakfast, guests check out and drive to Serengeti national park which is approximately 5hours. Drive straight to the lodge with a scenic game drive enroute. The lodge is well located for breathtaking game views and game viewing drives. Arrive at the lodge in time for lunch and depart for a comprehensive afternoon game drive. After Breakfast at the camp, guests will have a chance a to do a full day drive and thereafter proceed for a full day tour with packed lunches.The Serengeti National Park is a large national park in northern Tanzania that stretches over 14,763 km². It is located entirely in eastern Mara Region and north east portion of Simiyu Region and contains over 1,500,000 hectares of virgin savanna. The park was established in 1940. The Serengeti is well known for the largest annual animal migration in the world of over 1.5 million blue wildebeest and 250,000 zebra along with smaller herds of Thomas’ Gazelle and eland. The national park is also home to the largest lion population in Africa.

After early breakfast and check-out from Embalakai camp, proceed for morning game drive en-route to Maasai Mara National Reserve. Our Tanzanian Driver tour guide will then transfer you to the Isebania border and assist with crossing border formalities with the authorities there. You will then cross the border by foot where you will find your Kenyan driver-tour guide waiting for an onward transfer to your camp in Maasai Mara National Park. Breakfast at your camp: Today you will spend on game drives exploring the Maasai Mara. The beautiful open grasslands will be your home for the two days which is incredibly rich and varied of plants & animal species. The Maasai Mara Game Reserve is arguably Kenya’s most popular game sanctuary. It is the most famous and most visited game reserve. The film ‘Out of Africa’ was made to a great extent in this reserve. Lunch will be served at your camp, or you can go for full day game drive with packed lunches.
There are also optional activities like Balloon safari with champagne breakfast, visit to Maasai Village for cultural dance and interaction etc (cost of these optional activities are indicated separately as extra activities). Later in the evening you will return to your camp for dinner and overnight.
Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner & Overnight at prideInn Mara Camp
After breakfast, guests check out of prideinn Mara camp and embark on a 4hour drive to Lake Elementaita which is amongst the Riftvalley lakes in Kenya. Check in Lodge in time for lunch and enjoy an afternoon game drive in the Soysambu Conservancy which is a home to abundant wildlife including over 400 species of birds and has one of the highest densities of game in Kenya. The conservancy has tree climbing lions, elusive leopards, giraffes, buffaloes, and wide varieties of the bird on the shoreline of Lake Elementaita. Later dinner and overnight.
Lunch, Dinner & Overnight at Sentrim Elementaita
After breakfast at Sentrim Lodge, check-out and proceed for a 2-hour drive to Nairobi with various stop over at the Rift Valley view point for curio shopping and to enjoy the spectacular views. Have late lunch in Nairobi then guests will be dropped off at JKIA for their departure flight.

- We may have to reroute the itinerary or accommodate in similar lodges in case of nonavailability
- Prices for domestic flights, airport taxes or park fees may be changed without prior notice. This is beyond our control and any increase levied will be passed to you.
Passenger Information:
- Passengers should bring only soft sided bags on safaris
- All the passengers must have Identification Card/Passport with them for internal flights Baggage on internal flights is strictly limited to 15kgs per person (including hand luggage).
- Any excess baggage will be charged by the airline at check-in.
- Passengers arriving in Kenya and Tanzania may be asked to present a valid Yellow Fever Vaccination Certificate.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
Payment terms: Unless the agent/client has an approved credit facility in writing from Primate Tours (Credit facility currently not applicable), the agent/client is required to make full/deposit payment prior to final confirmation of reservations.
Payments must be made in the nominated currency (US Dollars), and conversion between USD & Kenya Shilling currency will be subject to applicable exchange rate provided by Central Bank of Kenya at the time of payment/conversion. Payments are payable to our accounts directly with details indicated in all our invoices and fiscal receipt to be provided as a proof of payment.
Deposit requirements: We require a 30% deposit of the total value of the respective booking to confirm any service outside 90 days prior to date of arrival, any other special activities/service that require payments in full upon confirmation i.e. Flights, Gorilla permits etc, will also be paid in full at the time of confirmation.
For bookings falling between 61 – 90 days prior to the date of arrival, we require a 50% deposit to confirm the booking.
For bookings falling between 1 – 60 days prior to the date of arrival, we require a 100% deposit to confirm the booking.
Deposit; some properties may require 100% payment to confirm their bookings, we advise that you reconfirm with our reservation team at the time of booking.
Single Room Policy; All properties allow a maximum of 03 single rooms per group (Inclusive of TL room where applicable), any extra single room above this number will be charged a full double room rate, please check with our reservations team for the exact supplement amount applicable in case of a bigger number of Single rooms.
Proration; Please note that for booking that has dates crossing from one season to next succeed season will be subject to proration to establish the exact cost, always check with our reservations to reconfirm on exact cost.
