10 Days Itinerary
When guests arrive at JKIA they will be received by a team and assisted in clearing with immigrations, later, a Primate Tours representative will meet guests, to brief them on the safari. Enroute to Wilson Airport for their 1hour local flight to Chyulu hills National Park. Arrive at Campi ya Kanzi in time for lunch and relaxation. Later do an afternoon game drive in a land rover with open roof in Chyulu Hills National Park, known for its Verdant rolling hills of endless green, great blue skies and spectacular landscape views. The hills are also home to large mammals include buffalo, bushbucks, elands, elephants, leopards, giant forest hogs and giraffes along with various reptiles and insects. Guests can also enjoy other activities like escorted game walks, bird watching, horseback riding or air excursions.

Overnight Campi ya Kanzi – Breakfast, lunch and Dinner
After breakfast at the camp, guests visit Tsavo west National Park for a full day game drive. Enjoy the captivating landscape the park offers while viewing large herds of elephants, zebras, and buffaloes. Another highlight and popular attraction of Tsavo National Park is the spectacular Mzima Springs, a series of four natural springs with crystal-clear water flowing through volcanic rock originating underground from Chyulu hills. The ecosystem around mzima springs is full of life with flora and fauna like Hippos, different bird species, vervet monkeys and crocodiles. Other optional tailor made excursions that guests may partake in the evening include guided cloud forest walks led by a camp guide, enjoy the tranquility and evening cold breeze with views.
Overnight Campi ya Kanzi – Breakfast, lunch and Dinner
After breakfast, guests check out of the camp and will be transferred to airstrip for flight to Wilson airport to do a chartered flight to Maasai Mara, which is approximately 1hour. Upon arrival, guests will be transferred by Kichwa Tembo safari vehicle. Check in Kichwa Tembo which is also Known as Kenya’s best loved safari camp, for it offers a quintessential game viewing experience, with sweeping vistas of the Masai Mara or the Sabaringo River. Located where the riverine forest meets the sweeping plains in the path of the awe-inspiring Great Migration, the camp provides an authentic dose of African wilderness, delivered with Kenyan hospitality. Guests have lunch and refresh. Later in the afternoon, guests enjoy a game drive in the vast untamed Maasai Mara. Return in time for dinner.

Overnight Kichwa Tembo – Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner
On this day you will enjoy your morning and afternoon/full day game drives in world well known reserve, famous for being home to three species of big cats: lions, cheetahs and leopards. Here you will have high chances of also spotting the big five animals. After returning to the camp after the long walk/game drive, you can pamper yourself with a relaxing massage in the privacy of your own room. Strong hands soothe your aching muscles as the peace and tranquility of the surroundings drains any remaining tension.
Other private concession activities will be available at an extra cost which is advised separately upon request. These include hot air balloon ride, bush dining, sundowners in the bush or a visit to the Maasai cultural village.
Overnight Kichwa Tembo – Breakfast, lunch and Dinner
After breakfast, guests can enjoy a leisure walk within the camp grounds, taking in the sights and sounds of the African bush a longer excursion to admire the panoramic views along the Oloololo escarpment or on the lush banks of the Mara River in the company of an armed guide can be arranged. Later guests are transferred to the airstrip for their flight back to Nairobi, where they will be met by a Primate Tours representative for a farewell late lunch at the carnivore restaurant then later transferred to Jomo Kenyatta International Airport for their departure flight.

- Prices for domestic flights, airport taxes or park fees may be changed without prior notice. This is beyond our control and any increase levied will be passed to you.
Passenger Information:
- Passengers should bring only soft sided bags on safaris
- All the passengers must have Identification Card/Passport with them for internal flights Baggage on internal flights is strictly limited to 15kgs per person (including hand luggage).
- Any excess baggage will be charged by the airline at check-in.
- Passengers arriving in Kenya and Tanzania may be asked to present a valid Yellow Fever Vaccination Certificate.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
Payment terms: Unless the agent/client has an approved credit facility in writing from Primate Tours (Credit facility currently not applicable), the agent/client is required to make full/deposit payment prior to final confirmation of reservations.
Payments must be made in the nominated currency (US Dollars), and conversion between USD & Kenya Shilling currency will be subject to applicable exchange rate provided by Central Bank of Kenya at the time of payment/conversion. Payments are payable to our accounts directly with details indicated in all our invoices and fiscal receipt to be provided as a proof of payment.
Deposit requirements: We require a 30% deposit of the total value of the respective booking to confirm any service outside 90 days prior to date of arrival, any other special activities/service that require payments in full upon confirmation i.e. Flights, Gorilla permits etc, will also be paid in full at the time of confirmation.
For bookings falling between 61 – 90 days prior to the date of arrival, we require a 50% deposit to confirm the booking.
For bookings falling between 1 – 60 days prior to the date of arrival, we require a 100% deposit to confirm the booking.
Deposit; some properties may require 100% payment to confirm their bookings, we advise that you reconfirm with our reservation team at the time of booking.
Single Room Policy; All properties allow a maximum of 03 single rooms per group (Inclusive of TL room where applicable), any extra single room above this number will be charged a full double room rate, please check with our reservations team for the exact supplement amount applicable in case of a bigger number of Single rooms.
Proration; Please note that for booking that has dates crossing from one season to next succeed season will be subject to proration to establish the exact cost, always check with our reservations to reconfirm on exact cost.
